Online Booking Instructions

Registration

  1. Please add integritesalon@me.com to your 'accepted list' to ensure our confirmation email does not go to your spam folder
  2. Go to: integitesalon.com
  3. Click on 'Online Booking'
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Continue" (Do not fill in email and password on this page)
  5. Type in your email address & create a new password
  6. Fill in all information in the profile section
  7. Minimize window before clicking "Register"
  8. Open a new window and go to your email inbox, there will be a verification code from Integrite Salon
  9. Open the window back up for registration, type the verification code into the box at the bottom of the page and press "Register"

Online Booking Instructions

  1. SELECT the service you want performed from the drop down list
  2. If you want the same service as your last appointment, click the "HISTORY TAB" and you will see a list of past appointments. Click on the DATE of the appointment to have that particular service selected.
  3. If you have a specific service provider, SELECT them in the employee pop-up menu.
  4. Click "NEXT"
  5. Navigate to the calendar and click the DATE you prefer. With each date change, we will automatically find the next available times.
  6. If none of the times suite you, you can select another day or service provider by clicking the "PREVIOUS" tab

Confirming Appointment

  1. Click 'CONFIRM APPOINTMENT'
  2. In your email, you will receive a thank you letter for requesting your appointment. THIS IS NOT YOUR CONFIRMATION, it is an acknowledgement only.
  3. Within 20 minutes you will receive an email CONFIRMATION that your appointment has been booked and other information you may find helpful.
  4. Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive your email confirmation letter. In the event that you do not receive this confirmation letter, a booking conflict took place seconds before you hit the 'CONFIRM APPOINTMENT' tab. Please book another appointment.
  5. Between 8-48 hour prior to your appointment you will receive an email reminder of your booked appointment times. There is an option to cancel your appointment or confirm. You are NOT required to confirm.
  6. You may also confirm or cancel appointments by clicking on "My Appointments" in the menu

Change Your Contact Info

  1. Log in and click "MY PROFILE".
  2. Change your information and click "SAVE"
